RNAseq Analysis Guide

This guide should enable users to analyse their RNAseq data. The guide is based on software and websites created by others which should be properly cited when being used. Each section is introduced by a "What you need" paragraph which should be respected. Most of the software is not very forgiving when its requirements are not fulfilled.
