Protein Phosphorylation Analysis

Protein Phosphorylation Analysis is based on the reproducible detection and quantification of phosphorylated peptides. This requires the enrichment of phospho-peptides mostly using TiO2 columns and the use of Data Independent Acquisition regimes to reproducibly detect phosphorylated peptides when they are in the sample.
