This guide should enable users to analyse their proteomic data. The guide is based on software and websites created by others which should be properly cited when being used. 

There are many different programmes used to analyse mass spectrometric data. Here, only a small subset of them is presented. The choice is made to allow researchers starting to analyse their data.
