Gene Expression Data Analysis with BioJupies (online)

BioJupies is an on-line data analysis tool that can statistically evaluate and graphically display gene expression data. It uses 

- raw RNAseq data files, but currently only from human and mouse or 

- gene expression data tables like those generated by RNAlysis

What you need: 

- RNAseq data files (FASTA format, smaller than 5 GBytes each) from human or mouse or

- a Gene expression data table with at least 3 biological repeats for at least 2 conditions (experiment - control). 

- A Meta Data table explaining which sample is a biological repeat

- Optionally: a Google account if you want your data to remain private. 


3 biological repeats are required to estimate whether the expression difference of a gene between the two states is within the natural variance of expression of this particular gene or not.

N-Starv: non-starvation cells, Starv: starvation cells, 1, 2 3: number of the biological repeats
