RNAseq Data Analysis by "RNAlysis" (macOS & Windows programme)

RNAlysis is a programme that uses a series of Python scripts to do its work. This has the advantage that it can bind in a lot of pre-existing tools. It has the disadvantage that it is not so well managed as a self-containing programme. When it fails it sometimes helps to quit the programme and do the last step again.
