RNAlysis - macOS Operation

Double click the RNAlysis file in the Applications folder. After a while it should look like:

Useful programmes to have in the macOS dock:

TextEdit: Lightweight editing of text and images, pre-installed

Numbers: To handle tabular data, pre-installed

Activity Monitor: Monitoring the activity of your computer (when scripts run without providing major feedback), pre-installed

RNAlysis: RNAseq data analysis programme

System Settings... > Keyboard > Screenshots : Define short-keys for screen captures
